After a successful first edition of Charcha held last year, we are excited to announce another round of meaningful debate and discussions. The second edition of Charcha brings to you an opportunity to discuss the Union Budget of India, 2021, and to make your voice heard. 

Apply to be a part of a vibrant group of young individuals, who will be brought together on an inclusive platform for 2 days of thought-provoking debates. 

You will also hear from experts on the topic and will be acquainted with parliamentary procedures.
